Beautiful Mantilla Type Large Antique Tortoise Shell Tiara Hair Comb, Peigne, Set With French Pearls antique stamp box A fabulous antique late 19thNearly 5" long and perfectly arched, still, this Napoleon III era, (c. 1850 70s) and the French Empire Revival period in fashion it represents. The tiara retains its form, beauty and appeal. Three rows of 6 mm French created pearls decorate it. Full measurements noted on photos. Very good to excellent condition for age and type, not a single bug bite or flaw to the fine tortoise shell tiara like comb, still retains the steamed arch for a beautiful fit
